We stayed at the Freedom Hotel in Ho, Ghana for almost 3 weeks. It was home. A part of our home that we loved was the little visitors we'd get in our room in the evenings. These little white lizard creatures were adorable (I wouldn't have been sad if one had smuggled its way back in my suitcase).
One of the gals on our trip had traveled to Africa before. When we mentioned how much we loved our little visitors she mentioned how they like to think they can crawl across the ceiling, but they're not very good at it.
Best to sleep with your mouth closed.
